Active in ex-offender reentry, Mohler is founder and president of Reconnect Staffing and Second Chance Network, a non-profit organization which provides networking services for reentry practitioners.
He has spoken on reentry and employment issues with the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, Oklahoma Department of Corrections and the Oklahoma Association of Career and Employment Professionals.
Mohler’s career includes sales and marketing roles with the nation’s largest alliance of health care organizations, and three Fortune 100 companies.
